Dorothy Robertson

Dorothy Rae Robertson, 78, widow of Homer L. Ryan, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012 at The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.  

Born Dec. 2, 1934 in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Stella Robinson Humes. She was a member of the Mercer Church of Christ and was a retired house parent at the Stewart’s Home School.  

Survivors include one son, Glenn Ryan of Harrodsburg;  two daughters, Dorothy Ann (David) Hartman and Patsy Phillips, both of Harrodsburg;  one brother, Osie Humes of Harrodsburg and two sisters, Bonnie Humes of Danville and Emma (Curtis) Corn of Moreland; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
