Curtis Lawson

Curtis R. Lawson, 81, of Harrodsburg, widower of Irene Wilson Lawson, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Born June 15, 1931 in Casey County, he was the son of the late Anderson and Pauline Price Lawson.   He retired from the City of Harrodsburg Water Department.

Survivors include:  two daughters: Joyce Coleman of Harrodsburg and Carla Lawson of Cleveland, Texas; a sister, Iola Andrews of Columbia  and two brothers, Henry Lawson and Eugene Lawson of Casey County; half sister, Kathleen Clark of Lexington; three grandchildren,  10  great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren. 

He was predeceased by two brothers,  Anderson Lawson Jr. and Berl Lawson.
