Rena Patterson

Rena W. Patterson, 91, of San Antonio, Texas, widow of Lt. Col. Claude W. Patterson, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Born Aug. 21, 1921 in Harrodsburg, she was daughter of the late Marshall and Viola McGinnis Lawson. She was an active member of Beacon Hill Presbyterian Church in San Antonio.

Survivors include two sons, William B. (Karen) Patterson of Manvel, Texas and Michael L. (Sandra) Patterson of Indian Hills, Colo.; two sisters-in-law, Velois Garriott and Vera Patterson, both of Harrodsburg, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
