Marietta McGinnis

Marietta McGinnis, 85, of Harrodsburg, widow of W.S. “Jacky” McGinnis, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012 in Lexington. 

Born May 30, 1927 in Parksville, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Carrie Worthington Westerfield. She was a dental assistant and a former employee of the State of Kentucky Department of Mental Health. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church. 

Survivors include six sisters, Thelma Kines, Dorothy (Bob) Wilson, Leota Westerfield and Julia (Robin) Henderson, all of Lexington, Sue (Kenneth) Black of North Carolina and Shirley (Bill) Martin of Harrodsburg and several nieces and nephews.
