Jim Drakeford

Jim Drakeford, 50, of Harrodsburg,  husband  of Pamela G. Patterson Drakeford, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 in Lexington.

Born Jan. 24, 1962 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Marion Thomas and Loretta Bennett Drakeford. He was retired, was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church and was a Little League baseball coach for several years. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, James Joseph (Kristy Straton) Drakeford Jr. of Harrodsburg; one brother, Wendell Drakeford of Georgetown and three grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Drakeford and a sister Linda Drakeford.
