Vanessa Cheatham

Vanessa Kay Cheatham, 41, of Hustonville, wife of James Robert Cheatham, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012. 

Born March 31, 1971, she was the daughter of Jerry Belcher of Junction City and Marilyn Dean Yocum of Stanford. She was a 1989 graduate of Lincoln County High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. She was employed by Hitachi of Harrodsburg for 22 years as assistant vice president of accounting. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Christopher and Benjamin Cheatham, both of Hustonville; one brother, James Boyd Jr. of Stanford; three sisters, Nancy Denham of Stanford, Katherine Belcher of Lexington and Penny Yocum of Lancaster and her paternal grandfather, Sam Belcher.
