Marion Turner

Marion F. Turner, 81, husband of Dorothy Casey Turner, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012 at his residence.  

Born Jan. 12, 1931 in Boyle County, he was the son of the late Ernest and Bertha Carter Turner.  He was retired from Whirlpool/Matsushita, was a farmer and had worked for many years at the Texaco Station. He was a member of the Baptist faith. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include three sons, Mike (Debbie) Turner, Terry (Sonia) Turner and Jeff (Sheila) Turner, all of Mercer County; two daughters, Betty Turner Bugg of Mercer County and Sandy Turner Collier of Lancaster; one brother, Bob Turner of Burgin; three sisters, Ruth Brown of Burgin, Helen Miller of Richmond and Mary Hannah Diluzio of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
