Fred Hawkins

Fred T. Hawkins, 69, of Harrodsburg, husband of Judy Wilham Hawkins, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at his residence.

Born Oct. 19, 1942 in Burgin, he was the son of the late Marion Bell and Florence Denny Hawkins. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Cornishville Baptist Church. He was retired from Northpoint Training Center.

Survivors in addition to his wife include two daughters, Shauna Stratton and Stephanie (Josh Goodman) Sizemore of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Lib Crutchfield of Garrard County and Jean Gullett of Harrodsburg; one brother, Lawrence Hawkins of Burgin and five grandchildren.
