Helen Sageser

Helen Gertrude Daugherty Sageser, 92, died June 23, 2012, in Lexington.

Born Aug. 31, 1919, in Wayne County, she was the daughter of Samuel Kincaid  Daugherty and Pearl Conley Daugherty.  She was a 1937 graduate of Harrodsburg High School.  

Survivors include a daughter, Susanne Sageser (Robert)Flack Esdale of Birmingham, Ala.; a son, Eugene Morris (Vicki) Sageser III of Lexington; a brother, John Louis (Dorothy) Daugherty of Lexington; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
