Gilmon Sallee

Gilmon M. “Billy” Sallee, 73, husband of Linda Whitaker Sallee, died Friday, June 15, 2012 at his residence. 

Born July 11, 1938 he was the son of the late Marshall and Mary Katherine Hendren Sallee. He was a retired truck driver for Kentucky Welding Supply and A.G.A., a door greeter at Walmart and a member of the Parksville Knob Independent Baptist Church. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, Kenneth Wayne Sallee of Harrodsburg; one daughter, Lisa K. (Charlie) Mode of Lexington; two brothers,  Ronnie (Phyllis) Sallee of Lexington and Donnie (Nellie) Sallee of Junction City; one sister, Doris Logue of Harrodsburg, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
