William Ball

William Donald Ball, 79, husband of Juanita Nevius Ball, died Thursday, June 7, 2012 at his residence.  

Born Feb. 27, 1933 in Garrard County, he was the son of the late Ernest and Chloe Sherrow Ball.  He was a retired quality control technician for both IBM for 33 years and Hitachi for 11 years.  He was a member of the Quarter Century Club at IBM and the Southside Christian Church. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, David Michael (Jeaneane) Ball of Salvisa; one daughter, Donna Ball (Steve) Anderson of Harrodsburg; one sister Ruby Clevenger of Richmond, Ind. four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
