Jerry Burton

Jerry Wayne Burton, 72, husband of Beverly Stivers Burton, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. 

Born Jan. 17, 1940 in Nicholasville, he was the son of the late James and Mary White Burton.  He was a self-employed fence painter and a member of the Abundant Life Worship Center. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include three daughters: Debbi (Bengie) Bowlin of Nicholasville, Mary Beth Berryman of Harrodsburg and Gerry Lee Burton of Lexington;  three sons, James (Margaret) Burton of Falmouth, Junior (Beverly) Burton of Falmouth and Kenneth (Billie) Burton of Nicholasville; two sisters, Jo Ann (Tex) Cosby of Nicholasville and Betty (Henry) Huddleston of Lexington; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren  and several nieces and nephews.
