James Norton

James Norton, 68, of Harrodsburg,  husband of Beatrice “Bea” Roberts Norton, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Born March 17, 1944 in St. Pauls, N.C., he was the son of the late Joseph Daniel Norton and Pauline McDonald Graves.  He was a retired dye setter for Square D Company and was a member of the Harrodsburg Church of Christ and the Henry Clay Philatelic Society.

Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, Jimmy (Mary) Norton of Burgin; two sisters, Bobbi (Bill) Wrenn of Lexington and Tamie (Bob) Guyn of Frankfort;  two brothers, William Calvin “Billy” (Ruth) Eldridge of Harrodsburg and John (Thelma) Norton of Arizona.
