Evelyn Devine

Evelyn Mae Devine, 84, wife of Jewell D. Devine, died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington.  

Born July 31, 1927 in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Ella Chambers Wilburn.  She was a former Genesco employee, a homemaker and a member of the Dry Branch Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to her husband include two daughters, Mary Ella (Millard) Graham of Harrodsburg and LaDonna Gayle (Mike) Hardin of Harrodsburg; one brother, Tom (Helen) Wilburn of Junction City; two sisters, Cinda Sims of Harrodsburg and Opal (Buford) Neikirk of Stanford; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
