Raymond Phillips Sr.

Raymond Phillips, Sr., 84, of Taylor, Mich., formerly of Harrodsburg, husband of Mildred Votaw Phillips, died May 5, 2012. 

Born April 8, 1928, he was the son of the late David and Mattie Kurtz Phillips. He was a lifetime Mason of Dearborn, Mich. Lodge # 172, Royal Arch Mason Sunlight Chapter # 189, a member of the Detroit Commandery  #1 of Michigan and a Lifetime member of the Shriner of Moslem Temple; Detroit, Mich. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include three daughters, Doris (the late Stanley) Low, Betty Phillips and Nancy (Ali) Farhoud; a brother, Stanley (Frances) Phillips of Lawrenceburg; a sister, Lena (the late Lee) Sims of Harrodsburg; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
