John “Van” Landrum

John VanBever “Van” Landrum, 52,  of Harrodsburg, husband of Joy May Watts Landrum and son of John W. and Vivian Landrum, died Friday, March 30, 2012.

Born Sept. 18, 1959 in Harrodsburg, he was a farmer and a member of the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church, where he served as chairman of the board of trustees. He attended the College of Agriculture at Eastern Kentucky University and was a member of the Mercer Cattlemen’s Association. 

Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include three children, Sara Catherine Landrum, Alex VanBever Landrum and Eli William Landrum and a brother, William Bibb Landrum of Los Angeles, Calif.
