Sara Baker

Sara S. Baker, 81, of Harrodsburg, wife of Maurice C. “Bob” Baker, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Born May 6, 1930 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Martha May Matherly Sparrow. She was a retired school teacher in the former Harrodsburg Independent School District. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church, Mercer Retired Teachers Association and the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association. She was also a member of the Homemaker’s Club.
