Sealed bids will be received by the Department of Highways in the Division
of Contract Procurement on the 3rd floor and/or the Auditorium located
on the 1st Floor of the Transportation Cabinet Office Building, Frankfort,
Kentucky, until 10:00 a.m., DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME on the 17th day of JUNE
2005 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read for the improvement
of:

BRZ 0703 (263): HARRODSBURG-CORNISHVILLE ROAD (KY 1989) REPLACE BRIDGE
AND APPROACHES AT TOWN BRANCH 0.7 MLE WEST OF US 127, A DISTANCE OF 0.15
MILES. ASPHALT SURFACE WITH GRADE & DRAIN.
The Department of Highways hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively
insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement,
Disadvantaged Business enterprises, will be afforded full opportunity
to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated
against on the grounds of race, color or natural origin in consideration
for an award.
Bid proposals for all projects will be available at the Division of Contract
Procurement until 3:00 P.M., Daylight Savings Time, preceding the day
of the letting of FRIDAY, June 17, 2005. Bid proposals for all projects
will be available at a cost of $10 each and remittance payable to the
State Treasurer of Kentucky must accompany request for proposals (NON-REFUNDABLE).
BID PROPOSALS ARE ISSUED TO PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS.
Specimen proposals for all projects will be available to all interested
parties at a cost of $10 each (NON-REFUNDABLE).

OF COMMISSIONER'S SALE
BY ORDER OF THE
MERCER CIRCUIT COURT
On a Judgment and Order of Sale entered the 19th day of April 2004 in
Civil Action 04-CI-00081, styled: Kentucky Housing Corporation, Plaintiff,
vs. Brian K. Dunn, Defendants; the Master Commissioner of the Mercer Circuit
Court shall sell at public auction that certain real property known and
designated as 116 Montrose Avenue, Harrodsburg, Mercer County, Kentucky
and being more particularly described as follows:
Being all of Lot Nos. 1 and 2, of the Montrose Park Subdivision, to the
City of Harrodsburg, Mercer County, Kentucky, as shown by plat of record
in Deed Book 122, Page 575, in the Mercer County Clerk's office; to which
reference is made for a more particular description of the property; improvements
thereon being known and designated as 116 Montrose Street.
Being the same property conveyed to Brian R. Dunn by deed dated June 28,
2001 and of record in Deed Book 283, Page 609, in the Mercer County Clerk's
Office.
Time and Place of Sale: Sale shall be conducted at the front door of the
Mercer County Courthouse, Harrodsburg, Mercer County, Kentucky on Monday
the 6th day of June 2005 at the hour of 12:00 noon (local time prevailing).
Purpose: This sale is conducted to obtain the principal balance due to
the Plaintiff in the amount of $58,125.14, plus interest from July 1,
2003 to April 13, 2004 in the amount of $3,022.51, and further at the
rate of $10.4948 per diem from the date above until fully paid, plus late
charges if any, plus advancements for the protection of the property,
including taxes and insurance (negative escrow) in the amount of $162.23,
plus attorneys fees in the amount of $1,250.00, plus costs herein and
any sums expended by Plaintiff for insurance, ad valorem taxes or for
preservation of the real estate until date of sale; fees and costs of
the Master Commissioner; and, to bar and foreclose all rights, claims,
liens and equity of redemption of all named parties or persons claiming

Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Purchase Price: The property shall be sold to the highest and best bidder
who shall, immediately following the sale, pay the purchase price in full
or make a ten percent (10%) down payment of the purchase price with the
balance thereof due and payable on or before thirty (30) days after the
date of sale, with interest thereon at the rate 12.00%, same to be evidenced
by Bond of the Purchaser payable to the Master Commissioner with good
surety as approved by the Master Commissioner.
Contingencies: The property is sold without warranty of title and by boundary
with the Purchaser assuming any contingency of acreage and subject to
any restrictions, easements, covenants or conditions of record or apparent
from a visual inspection and assessments for public improvements levied
against the aforesaid described real estate, if any.
Risk of Loss: Purchaser shall assume the risk of loss at the time of sale
and shall thereafter be solely responsible for any loss or liability in
connection with the subject property.
Taxes: Delinquent ad valorem taxes, if any, shall be paid from the proceeds
of the sale and the purchaser shall pay the 2005 ad valorem taxes.
Possession: Purchaser shall have possession of the property upon payment
of the purchase price in full and confirmation of sale by the Court.

the validity of the sale or the purchaser's liability thereunder, but
shall entitle, but not require, the Plaintiff to effect said insurance
and furnish the policy and the premium thereon or the proper portion thereof
