Frank Owens

Gary Franklin “Frank” Owens, 72, husband of Bonnie F. Carter Owens, of Westminster, S.C., died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, at his residence. 

Born in Pickens, he was the son of the late Barney and Suzanne Leroy Owens. 

He was formerly employed with Ridley’s Carpet and attended Eastminster Baptist Church.
